Help with the new login

 

Due to a technical change, the login process of various AMAG systems will be adjusted.  

You can find out which systems will be changed and when below.

 

I am an AMAG partner / customer and need help with the new login

Before you log in for the first time, you must set an initial password.

You have received an email from us from “no-reply@mail.signin.amag.ch” with the necessary information. Follow the instructions in this email.

You must set a new password before logging in for the first time.

Log in with your business e-mail address (@amag.ch, @europcar.ch, @mobilog.ch etc.) and your AMAG / Windows password.

Clear your browser cache (Settings -> «Privacy, search and services» -> «Clear browser data now»)

Information about the new login

In order to be able to continue to offer a secure and stable login infrastructure, we are gradually switching to «Azure». Today, ADFS (Active Directory Federation Service) from Microsoft is used when we log into the AMAG system landscape.

ADFS is no longer being further developed by Microsoft. It also no longer meets today's standards and security requirements.

For this reason, AMAG is gradually switching the login for relevant systems to the latest technology from Microsoft "Azure B2C", thereby creating a more secure and stable login infrastructure. 

Other systems such as CRMProX, DWB, Leaspro, PartnerNet etc. will follow.
